Andrea Singleton

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Andrea Co-Founded Alliance in 2001. She co-heads Alliances Limited Partner Services Group and is primarily focused on fundraising and investor relations activities Previously, Andrea worked for four years in the M&A and Corporate Broking departments of Deutsche Bank, both in the London and Frankfurt offices. There she advised clients across a range of sectors on a number of transactions including international public and private mergers and acquisitions, flotations and secondary equity offerings.

Andrea has a BSc (First Class Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath, School of Management and as part of her degree spent a semester at the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mike Bowman

Managing Partner
Head of Global Information Technology

Mike joined Alliance in 2003 and serves as Head of Global Information Technology, which encompasses technology infrastructure, computer operations and business applications. In addition to Alliance, Mike has over 30 years of experience leading IT strategy and transformation initiatives at Credit Suisse, IBM Global, KPMG and Sungard. While at Credit Suisse, he held the roles of Managing Director: Investment Bank IT COO and Managing Director of IT Shared Services.

Mike holds a BA in political science and economics from the University of Massachusetts. He also attended the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, while serving in the U.S. Air Force.
